Terms & Conditions of Service

By booking or receiving services from Clean Hero LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Existing Damage
Clean Hero LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, paint chips, interior stains, worn surfaces, damaged trim, loose components, or mechanical issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any known issues prior to the service. We reserve the right to document the vehicle’s condition before, during, and after the detailing process.

2. Liability Waiver
While Clean Hero LLC takes the utmost care in handling every vehicle, we are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or materials that are already compromised (including fragile plastics, worn upholstery, or previously repaired surfaces).

3. Body Camera Recording
For the protection of both the customer and Clean Hero LLC, I may wear a body camera during services. Recording may occur before, during, and after the detailing process to document vehicle condition and service quality. These recordings are used strictly for liability, quality assurance, and dispute resolution purposes.

4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Clean Hero LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Service Limitations
Certain stains, odors, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable. Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle.

6. Weather & Safety Conditions
Mobile detailing services are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Clean Hero LLC reserves the right to reschedule services if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

8. Agreement
By booking or accepting services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
